New Discoveries Of The Week: Cool New Things I’m Trying, Books I’m Reading, And More!

I Now Fight A Giant Robot For 15 Minutes, Twice A Week To Stay Strong Like A Bull

I’ve always had fitness setups at home, but during the pandemic, I stayed out of the gym for the longest time in my life—and I’ve found I can do everything at home that I used to do at the gym (and more).

A state-of-the-art home gym has given me the ability to keep up with progress towards my fitness goals, while still being close to Jessa and my sons. I use my ARX home gym technology now a couple times a week for just 15 minutes to stay strong like a bull. It’s like “fighting” a giant robot. ARX is made up of Adaptive Resistance technology that uses motorized resistance and computer software to give you a perfect workout (and you can check out a short clip of my experience with the ARX machine here) and the equivalent of HOURS of strength training in just 15 minutes.

By way of that scientifically-backed technology and principles, it’s sure to give you the safest, most effective, and most efficient form of resistance exercise that you can get at home.

On top of that, the software ARX uses helps you to track and quantify your performance progress, meaning you can keep track of your total force output, max force output (concentric and eccentric), time under tension, and other improvement metrics. This thing is the frontier of fitness, hands down.

This way, you won’t have to worry about if you’re improving or not—ARX tech tracks it all for you.

It’s never been easier to get your workout in at home. Click here to get your hands on an ARX machine.
